Compact assisted belay device for safer smoother belaying

The OHMEGA is a lightweight versatile brake assistant weighing about 190 g that reduces forces on the belayer and improves comfort for all rope teams. The integrated HMPE sling provides three braking levels selectable with a simple hand movement. The built-in pulley lowers friction at the first bolt compared with a quickdraw making clipping and long routes more comfortable. In a fall the cam provides braking support reducing the chance of the belayer being pulled off the ground and reducing collision risk between climber and belayer.
